Ok, my link list is broke into 3 sections for you. The Outskirts is the fringe web that exists as forgotten personal pages, new artistic endeavors, and other cool sites I found only by surfing around in web ring style connections. Useful Oddities are sites that may be popular or have some utility but aren't a part of the corporate attention hogging core web. Main Street is composed of links I found in the core web that none the less are worthy of our attention. Main Street is where all of the people are and we find many light workers there serving up valuable content to the masses.
